Unverified accounts may have withdrawals held pending KYC completion.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. playtok operates in alignment with regulations overseen by PAGCOR. Players are responsible for ensuring that online gaming is lawful in their specific jurisdiction before participating.
Important Notice: These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and playtok ("playtok," "we," "us," "our"). By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. playtok reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.
The playtok Platform is intended for use by players located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. playtok makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain a playtok account:
Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) playtok account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. playtok employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, playtok reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending withdrawals, and forfeit any bonus balances.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your playtok login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. playtok will never ask you for your password. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. You must notify playtok support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
playtok is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit: a valid government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID); proof of address; and proof of ownership of your registered payment method (e.g., GCash or bank account). Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension.
playtok accepts deposits via the following methods, which are provided for informational purposes only and are subject to change:
Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted, in compliance with Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency deposits are not supported.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. playtok reserves the right to modify minimum deposit amounts with reasonable notice.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. playtok reserves the right to reverse deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to suspend accounts where third-party funding is detected.
All transactions on the playtok Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). playtok is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within 24 hours on business days. GCash withdrawals typically clear within minutes of processing. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. playtok is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
To be eligible for withdrawal, you must: (a) have completed KYC verification; (b) have met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; (c) have a verified payment method registered in your own name; and (d) not be subject to any account investigation or suspension.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 unless otherwise specified. playtok reserves the right to modify minimum withdrawal amounts with reasonable notice.
Standard daily withdrawal limits apply to all accounts. VIP players may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits. Contact playtok support for details on your account's applicable limits.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by playtok are subject to these Terms and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus requires ₱30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is established .
Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. playtok reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its sole discretion. Players who have self-excluded, are under investigation, or have a history of bonus abuse are not eligible for promotional offers.
playtok actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms; colluding with other players; or any other conduct designed to circumvent the spirit of promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is detected, playtok reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals, and terminate accounts without prior notice.
Bonus funds and free spins expire within 7 days of being credited unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
All playtok casino games that use random outcomes employ certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure fair, unpredictable, and unbiased results. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studios and are not subject to RNG manipulation.
In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, playtok reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. playtok is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, playtok's server records shall be the definitive source of truth. Players may submit disputes to playtok support within 72 hours of the disputed event. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the playtok Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

All content on the playtok Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, user interface designs, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of playtok or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any playtok content without prior written consent from playtok.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, playtok and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:
playtok's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. playtok does not guarantee any winnings. You participate in all games at your own risk and with funds you can afford to lose.
playtok reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if playtok reasonably believes that you have: violated these Terms; engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct; or posed a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any real-money balance remaining in a terminated account (excluding bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and investigation procedures.
You may request closure of your playtok account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the playtok Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
playtok operates in alignment with regulations overseen by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately addressed may escalate to the relevant regulatory authority.
playtok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, playtok will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the playtok Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.3.
